Recover historical endpoints and parameters from archives

The Wayback Machine and common crawl indexes remember URLs the current site dropped. Deprecated but reachable endpoints are prime hunting ground.

bash
gau target.com | anew urls.txt
waybackurls target.com | grep "=" | qsreplace FUZZ | sort -u > params.txt

Mine unique parameter names for testing.

bash
cat urls.txt | unfurl -u keys | sort -u # every query param ever seen

Pro note: old parameters often bypass newer validation added only on current routes. Feed the recovered parameter names into targeted fuzzing for IDOR, SSRF, and debug flags like debug=true or admin=1 that lingered from earlier versions.
